I Need a Quote. Whom Do I Contact?
Please either call our office on 01344 981 225, email us at [email protected] or complete the form on our request a consultation page. We will then discuss your needs, compile a detailed investigation plan and inform you of the costs involved. If you need to be contacted at a certain time for discretional reasons, we fully understand and will accommodate. Although our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, we are able to speak to you out of these hours if required.
How will I be kept informed about my case?
Upon instructing us to resolve your problem, a designated case officer will be assigned to you. This officer will keep you updated in line with your requests and only contact you via the agreed method. Discretion is key with Private Investigations and your needs are our priority.
Is hiring a Private Investigator legal?
Yes, conducting covert investigations and instructing a Private Investigator are legal within the UK. Although there is no governing body for this area of work, we select and vet all our investigators and ensure they are suitable for each investigation they are assigned. Platinum Resolutions always complies with the law and never gathers evidence illegally.
How much does a Private Investigator cost?
Each Private Investigation case is unique and different but requires the same level of detail and expertise. We provide services for a fixed fee which will be agreed after our Consultation and once an Investigation Plan has been formed. Our background checks, due diligence and online threat assessments can obviously vary in their complexity so please contact us for detailed pricing. We are transparent and upfront about our prices and there will be no hidden fees or nasty surprises.
I feel uncomfortable disclosing my problem and seeking assistance from a Private Investigator, how can you ease my concerns?
We are a team of professionals with years of experience and will always deal with your concerns in a non-judgemental way. If we are unable to resolve your problem, we will aim to signpost you in the right direction. There are both male and female investigators in our team so please ask if you’d prefer to speak to certain gender.
Do I have to meet you in person?
No, we can carry out the initial consultation over the phone, via a video call or email and then the contract can be sent and signed electronically. Once your case is finalised, we can send you the evidential report via an encrypted email.
What area do you cover?
We primarily offer services to Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and London but are able to deploy anywhere within the UK and if necessary, we can travel abroad.
